I don't know why, but they just do not give progeny. Something is wrong with the genetic background, b/c I couldn't have possibly screwed up all the injections. The worms looked fine after injection, and they move properly. I hope RNAi by feeding or the next repeated injection on this strain will yield either better results or confirm what I have said as truth of the story.
